HIA awarded Quality Mark for another three years

Rachel Bell, Manager of our Home Improvement Agency (HIA), was delighted to be awarded the new HIA Quality Mark by Foundations, the national body for Home Improvement Agencies, in June.
The award lasts for three years and to gain the Quality Mark, home improvement agencies must reach the minimum standard for the core module, plus at least one of five optional modules; Funding for repairs and adaptations, support for choice, connecting with health and care, Handyperson services, major adaptations.
