Advocacy

Advocacy – helping you to help yourself.
Unresolved problems can cause great distress and anxiety. As we get older it may become more difficult to deal with things we used to take in our stride perhaps because of failing physical or mental health. Sometimes we feel our age is a barrier and people don't listen as well as they ought to. If you have a problem you are unable to resolve yourself our advocacy service may be able to help.
This is a free, confidential service for anyone aged over 60 years and living in Milton Keynes, either in the community or in a care home. An advocate can come and visit you in your own home or you can come to our office.
