You don't have to be an expert knitter to join in The Big Knit. The little woolly hats are so easy to knit even a complete beginner could manage. But Meg Bates, the Chairman of our Board of Trustees, has already knitted 50 hats and we are not surprised. Meg has knitted cardigans and waistcoats for ITV's "Foyle's War" and says each little hat takes her only a few minutes.

HIA awarded Quality Mark for another three years
Rachel Bell, Manager of our Home Improvement Agency (HIA), was delighted to be awarded the new HIA Quality Mark by Foundations, the national body for Home Improvement Agencies, in June. The award lasts for three years.
